Chip Tsao made his apology last night. Although I've never seen the transcript, I have seen news reports on the web.
I believe that people can make mistakes, but it is not an excuse for doing one. By accepting his fault, Chip Tsao proves that he is a gentleman.
To Chip Tsao, I believe that the Filipino people can forgive you.
As a wise American president once said:
"Forgive your enemies, but never forget their names."

i think it was right that he apologize dfor his mistake. being a prominent writer like chip tsao, he should always be careful. so i know he is forgiven but im not sure, i heard there would still be a rally in HK
I don't really know if it would push through, but since he apologized, I am expecting that the rally would be less than a hate rally.
